Promote the implementation of energy-saving and carbon-reducing projects in key industries, industrial parks, urban and rural construction and public institutions\uff0c<strong>Support energy and carbon reduction retrofits in key sectors and industries<\/strong>\uff0cPromote the upgrading of important products and equipment.
