Tianjin CSG is a holding subsidiary of CSG and is subordinate to the Engineering Glass Division of CSG. It was established in June 2002 and covers an area of 256,000 square meters (400 mu). The company has undertaken many national key projects such as the Capital Airport, CCTV, Beijing TV Station, Daxing Airport, National Convention and Exhibition Centre Phase 1 and 2, Xiongan New Area Citizen Square, Water Cube, Qingdao Olympic Sailing, Tianjin Olympic Sports Centre and other Olympic venues.
Project content
This project is the renovation of the refrigeration mainframe of the coating production line of SNG and the supporting public construction heating project. The original two sets of workshop process refrigeration mainframes have been in use for more than 15 years, with reduced refrigeration efficiency and higher energy consumption, and are replaced with energy-efficient heat pump units in the renovation. In addition, the coating production line involved in this project runs 24 hours a day all year round and requires a continuous cooling system. The heat is transferred to the outdoor environment through the external circulation system and the cooling tower, so the technical team of Hengtong considers recovering this part of heat, which can provide heating heat source for the factory office building, dormitory and canteen.
Solutions
The Hengtong technical team upgraded and replaced the existing units with energy-efficient heat pump units, which provide process chilled water for the coating line power supply and molecular pump cooling system during summer operation, and convert the heat from the cooling system into hot water for heating in winter to supply heat to the plant office, canteen and dormitory areas, and the cooling tower fan will run less in winter to gain more energy saving space.
