Tianjin Tokai Rikka Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a wholly Japanese owned company headquartered in Aichi Prefecture, Japan and is one of the world’s passenger car parts manufacturers. Project Background & Solutions
The refrigeration mainframe of Donghai RICOH’s auto parts workshop used a Dalian Sanyo lithium bromide unit, which had been in operation for 20 years and was on the verge of being phased out due to its low efficiency. After the effectiveness assessment by the technical team of Hengtong, the existing lithium bromide unit was replaced with a high energy-efficient chiller unit, and the chilled water pump was renovated and the system group control was installed. Through real-time analysis of the operating parameters of the central air-conditioning system and changes in outdoor climate, the minimum total energy consumption operating parameters of each equipment were simulated and projected to achieve automatic adjustment of the system energy consumption according to the load of the main unit and outdoor climate change, so as to achieve load-following and overall energy saving, which can achieve overall Energy efficiency can be improved. Remote monitoring system is added, with functions such as data analysis, status monitoring and safety alarm chain; all system data can be wirelessly transmitted to the cloud, allowing real-time control of the system’s operating status.
