Founded in 1984, SCG is a Sino-foreign joint venture with 33 subsidiaries and total assets of RMB 15 billion, which is the most competitive and influential large-scale enterprise in China’s glass industry. Tianjin CSG Energy-saving Glass Co., Ltd. belongs to the Engineering Glass Division of CSG, which is the first subsidiary company invested by CSG in other places. The total investment of the company is RMB 862 million, and the total area is about 260,000 square meters. Tianjin CSG has gathered the experience of deep processing of float glass of CSG, and is currently the largest deep processing plant of float glass in China.

Project content

According to the characteristics and operation requirements of the system, some of the original fixed-frequency pumps with low energy efficiency were retrofitted with ARMSTRONG intelligent inverter pumps and a pump remote data collection system was installed to monitor the operation of the pumps remotely and in real time through computers and mobile phones.
